Well, it appears that a second trailer for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V has just been released. This video showcases GTA Online for the PC, and comes straight from the Rockstar’s Russian YouTube channel. In short, this is as legit as it can get. Perhaps the Russians have published the trailer earlier than planned, so make sure to watch it while you still can!

Amazing! I am glad the MP3 team did well on the PC version. A lot of us have been scared about it with all the 30fps/visual changes to ps4/xbox1 version. But I am glad that the PC version remains supreme for a change with a AAA title such as this.
Given how long it’s taken I don’t think many of us would expect anything less really. Getting this on Hardcopy.
The Max Payne 3 team doing the pc version of gta v is a rumor and has never been confirmed. There’s zero proof.

Thank god that i geared up with a i7 2600(used but still high performance) and a GTX 760 1080 60+ Ultra /FXAA

for Witcher 3 maybe… yea 30-40 sounds ok

No way is a 760 always going to stay at 60fps if you worked hard enough you should just get a G-Sync monitor be done with it. Would probably save you more money overall. BenQ has one for 400$

Well, I have played gta5 already on ps4 and I need to say, videos/trailers doesn’t do any justice, gta5 looks just insane even on cheap console so I have no worries about graphics quality. Although I already spend more than 100h playing this game, I still cant wait to play PC version, IMHO one of the best GTA games in the series.
Yea I’ve played as well and yea I agree it’s an amazing game and like you said it’s a nice looking game even on console so I can only imagine how much better it’s gonna look……and once mods start showing up it’s over.

No multiplatform game looks the same on PC, there’s always higher resolution, better AA, anisotropic filtering, not to mention much better performance.That’s huge difference already, and when it comes to gta5 game will feature even better details compared to console version. And the most important thing is, although I played gta5 on ps4, it doesnt mean I have ps4, it was my friend console, so I cant play gta5 on console whenever I want, PC version is still a must for me.

GTA5 on ps4 looked much better compared to ps3 version, but there was huge difference in hardware performance. Now you would like to see similar difference on PC version ?
Current gen consoles are cheap but still even 980GTX struggles to maintain 60 fps in simple console ports (assassin creed unity, dragon age for example), and in order to play at 60fps @1440p you need SLI or titanX already. So currently there’s not that much room for graphic improvements (very few developers include graphics settings for future setups). The best they can do is just add greater draw distance, better textures and they done that. Even current PC vs PS4 comparisons shows noticable difference in that regards.
If you want more you basically have unrealistic expectations, because there’s no way gta5 could look like a totally different game on current hardware.

Both those games run like crap on consoles going under 30 fps and have inferior graphics, there are perfomance issues no doubt, but the consoles are not optimized either. They constantly go under 30 fps in inferior from pc graphics.

And still no actual gameplay(at 60FPS) showed so far, after GTA IV people should be at least a little concern about the quality of the port. But when a name goes over the reasons…

Leaked copies have hit via Russia as well with the settings screens leaked out. TXAA available for Nvidia, but MSAA and FXAA also available so you can run both. Sadly no SMAA but that should be injectable. Also has HBAO and SSAO but no one said if it has HBAO+ yet. Doesn’t look like Vulkan or DirectX 12 support either. Just DX11.
FXAA + MSAA application means they at least thought about it. Also seems like recommended specs is for 1080/60 like they said.
