Fallout New Vegas Remake in Fallout 4, Fallout 4: New Vegas, gets new gameplay trailer

The team behind the Fallout 4 New Vegas project, Fallout New Vegas Remake in Fallout 4, has released a new gameplay trailer for it. This gameplay trailer showcases the current state of this highly anticipated total conversion mod for Fallout 4.

Fallout 4: New Vegas aims to remake Obsidian Entertainment’s Fallout: New Vegas in Fallout 4’s Creation Engine. The mod will come with all of the original quests, story and content. Furthermore, it will have additional gameplay elements and systems from the new and improved engine.

Unfortunately, there is still no ETA on when Fallout 4: New Vegas will come out. My guess is that we are looking at a 2021 release date (at the earliest). So yeah, don’t expect to be playing it anytime soon unless the team releases a beta/demo version of it.

Enjoy the following trailer and stay tuned for more!

  1. Horde of Deathclaws charing you.

You get a few seconds to whimper and pray for a quick release (which you will get).

  2. “. The mod will come with all of the original quests, story and content”

no way, so this is gonna happen, they will actually finish it? Wow.

Usually those mods are never finished.

Bethesda should pay them to remaster the game.

To be fair new vegas with community patches and graphics mods and recoil animations is pretty damn good and stable these days making this fallout 4 mod less enticing.

    1. But it will certainly get a lot of benefits from the updated engine used in FO4, the thing is now that Bethesda and Obsidian are owned by the same company, a C&D letter is more likely to happen, just like what happened with the FO3 fan remaster (Which was a hint to a potential official remaster)
They were a bit indulgent about FNV because at Bethesda FNV is considered the black sheep of the series (not even a joke) and it was not developed directly by them

      1. “because at Bethesda FNV is considered the black sheep of the series”

every bethesda game since morrowind is a black sheep. They just cant accept that obsidian destroyed them at their own game. Which now sucks like bethesda and obsidian.

Which is why i am interested more in cyberpunk

        1. “destroyed them at their own game”
They know the series better as a lot of them worked on the first two episodes, so it’s technically their game too. Bethesda’s destruction of the FO series started since the beginning, FO3 is an insult to every person who played FO1 & 2, and their denial is strong enough to consider NV bad and think that FO76 has a future.
As for Cyberpunk, sure it has the potential to be a great RPG but i’m really disappointed by the overall atmosphere, i hope it’s only the trailers who gave it this weird futuristic GTA feeling

          1. “, FO3 is an insult to every person who played FO1 & 2,”

yes the only goof thing out of fallout 3 is liberty prime memes and the pit and operation lockout because the writing is not done by bethesda.

“As for Cyberpunk, sure it has the potential to be a great RPG but i’m really disappointed by the overall atmosphere, i hope it’s only the trailers who gave it this weird futuristic GTA feeling”

it looks like gta v with robotic arms and the gameplay gives me strong far cry vibe instead of a rpg.

  3. Tried downloading a modpack to play Fallout4 but installing it is more complicated than learning to code so why bother.

        1. Vortex is the modern version of Nexus Mod Manager, I think. The popular mod managers for Beth games are generally pretty easy to use, from my experience.

  4. This is one of the most promising looking older-game remade in newer-game engine mods I’ve ever seen and looks like its actually progressing quite well. I would just hate to see Zenimax or Microsoft shut it down!

Have they ever said anything about getting permission or getting clearance on this so it wont be foxed like every other big full-game remake mod?
