YouTube’s Flurdeh has shared two videos, showcasing Elden Ring and Final Fantasy 7 Remake with an isometric camera viewpoint. Flurdeh has used Tilt Shift to turn these games into miniature worlds, and they both look lovely.
Flurdeh has previously shared isometric videos for Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, Cyberpunk 2077. As such, we suggest checking them out too.
To be honest, I’d really love to play both of these games with an isometric camera. Since FF7Remake is an action RPG, it would play well as an isometric game. On the other hand, Elden Ring would be harder (though it would be still cool to experience it via this way).
Enjoy!

Nothing kills my enthusiasm faster to try a game than isometric/top-down view. Retro hipster BS, it’s not 1998 any more.
Totally disagree, I love isometric 2d/3d games. I understand it’s not for you though.
You don’t like strategy games? Nothing retro about a perspective angle.
looks pretty neat
Are they playable too ?
No, This is purely art.
Why so much DOF?
That is part of Tilt Shift art style.
Too bad you can’t tilt the woke out of it. Every fan project that involves that demake is a complete waste of time that could have been better spent on other things.
