YouTuber ‘Bang4BuckPC Gamer’ shared some new videos, showing Diablo 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare running in 8K on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX3090. As a bonus, Bang4BuckPC Gamer has also shared a video showing Wolfenstein Youngblood in 8K with DLSS and Ray Tracing.
Going into more details, Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls ran with more than 100fps on Max settings. Needless to say that for this Diablo game, an NVIDIA RTX3090 is overkill. Still, I’m pretty sure that some Diablo fans will be happy to run their favourite game in 8K with more than 100fps.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 ran with 45fps-60fps in 8K on Ultra settings. However, Bang4BuckPC Gamer has not used a really demanding mission. As such, the other single-player missions may not run that well on the RTX3090 in 8K/Ultra settings.
For Battlefield Bad Company 2, the YouTuber used the game’s High settings. With those settings, the RTX3090 was able to run it with more than 60fps. Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a really old game and it looks dated, even in 8K.
Lastly, Wolfenstein: Youngblood ran with 60fps in 8K and on Ultra settings on the RTX3090. In order to achieve this performance, Bang4BuckPC Gamer used the Performance Mode of DLSS.
Before closing, you can find some other games running in 8K on the RTX3090 here and here.
Enjoy!

It would be interesting to know what 8K monitor was used in the testing.
He uses DSR on a 4K TV.
Yeah lol the worst.
That’s what i thought initially that he must be using the Dell 8k monitor but no just DSR on a TV. Don’t know why John promotes his rubbish so much maybe he’s a mate.
diablo 3 crack when?
LMAO, and even if there was a crack out it would be the biggest waste of time ever to play that abomination of a game.
give it a couple of years and it will be fully playable through rpcs3.
Agree, the previous game had way better char development than the stupified 3’rd – 4 skills assigned 24/7… a monkey smashing the controllers have a fair chance to win!
He is using Nvidia DSR upscaling to 8k
Dell UltraSharp 32 8K Monitor: UP3218K
This monitor cost $ 4000
Who cares, amazing to see what will become mainstream in an itteration or two.
we are still on this shenanigans ?
we will keep seeing these 8k nonsense ?
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is the only Battlefield game that I have ever played. I enjoyed it and recommend it. You can’t hide behind walls when a tank is coming at you though like in COD games. In BBC2 the tank will just blast the wall down and kill you.
battlefield 1942 and bf2 are great too.
We are waiting for “Diablo 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2, COD: Modern Warfare in 16K on AMD RX 6900XT
With 3090 and 6900 xt trading blows in 4k i would actually expect the 3090 to come out ahead in higher res… why? The cache in the 6900 will have less hit rate (more data) and that’s the reason the cards scale well downward in resolutions (higher hit rates due to less data)
Why do you promote this guys garbage so much?
Bang4Buck? He might need to change his name since the 3090 is anything but a bang for the buck GPU.
Maximum bang would be apt – Insane card but at an insane price.
These articles are a serious waste of space IMHO!
nobotdy cares at this point…at least I don’t! Thumbs up if you agree!
