Bethesda has released a new beta patch for the PC version of Skyrim, and if you’ve already opted for the game’s beta program, you should be already getting it from Steam automatically. According to its changelog, this update comes with a new difficulty mode (Legendary mode), general memory and stability improvements, and lots of fixes for a number of issues. Now here is a nice surprise. Following the release of Dragonborn for the PC version of Skyrim, Bethesda has updated its official HD texture pack. As a result of that, PC gamers will be able to enjoy overhauled textures in all of their DLCs (Dragonborn, Dawnguard and Hearthfire). This is remarkably amazing as we know that a lot of PC gamers want to stick with the official HD pack instead of the custom packs that were created by the modding community of Skyrim.
