Borderlands 2 – Season Pass Announced & Detailed

2K Games and Gearbox Software announced today that Borderlands 2 will offer four brand new add-on content campaigns following the release of Borderlands 2 for X360, PS3 and PC. These four add-on content campaigns will each feature several hours of gameplay and introduce new adventures, allies, enemies and environments. Borderlands 2 – GameStop Pre-Order Exclusive Creature Slaughter Dome Trailer

2K Games has released a new trailer for Borderlands 2, that showcases Gamestop’s pre-order exclusive bonus content. Borderlands 2’s Creature Slaughter Dome tasks players with facing waves of Pandora’s creatures in an arena. Players will gain experience and gear, and they’ll be able to bring their gained loot back into the main game. Although this content is exclusive to Gamestop’s pre-orders, we expect to see it hitting the Net after the game’s launch in the form of a DLC. Enjoy the trailer after the jump! Borderlands 2 – Nvidia Technology Video

Nvidia has released a new video in which they showcase the PC version of Borderlands 2. According to the company, Borderlands 2 supports PhysX and in this video, you will notice that the game includes an incredible number of particle debris that practically blow up in your face. Creatures, such as the Crystalisk, spew liquids that are live fluid particles and are interactive with the force of explosions. Moreover, many weapons include particle fluids, sparks and debris that add extra explosive action to your gaming experience.  Borderlands 2 is available September 18th. Borderlands 2 – “Come and get me” Trailer

2K Games and Gearbox have released a new trailer for Borderlands 2 and we’ve got to admit that Gearbox knows how to create hilarious trailers. After the ‘Wimoweh’ trailer, here comes another one that gives us an insight on the game’s story mode and classes. In Boderlands 2, players will have to defeat handsome Jack who is the main antagonist and has a few tricks up his sleeves. Borderlands 2 is planned for a September 21st release on PC, X360 and PS3. Borderlands sold 6 million units, Borderlands 2 PC will be the best version

Gearbox’s CEO, Randy Pitchford, said during a developer’s session at Rezzed that the first Borderlands game has sold 6 million units – something remarkable for a new IP – and that the company will do their best to offer the best possible PC version. According to Pitchford, PC gamers expect better treatment within the game itself. That’s precisely why Gearbox revealed – a while back – Claptrap love letter and Pitchford reconfirmed that the PC version of Borderlands 2 will be the best available version of it. Borderlands 2 – NVIDIA GTX 680 Tech Demo (Cam)

In order to celebrate the launch of GTX 680, Nvidia held a party at San Francisco’s Mezzanine Lounge. In this party, the company showcased Borderlands 2 with its PhysX features that will accompany the PC version of it. In addition, the company has revealed an official tech demo for it that can be viewed below. Expect to see a HD version of it in the coming days but until then, enjoy this cam version! Borderlands 2 PC Features Revealed; adjustable FOV, mouse acceleration option, specific UI, LAN support

2K Games and Gearbox have revealed the PC features of Borderlands 2. So, the PC version of Borderlands 2 will come with a FOV Slider, 100% Mouse Usable Menus/Mouse wheel scrolling support, PC Specific UI, Native Multiplayer Matchmaking, a Push to Talk feature, Logitech Keyboard Support, LAN Support (incluing OFFLINE mode), Control Pad Support, Integrated V-Snyc Option, Mouse Smoothing Options (mouse acceleration can be disabled completely), Cloud Save Support, Achievement Support, Friends List Support, and no Port forwarding will be required. 2K Games have revealed those changes via a love letter from Borderlands’ charming robot, Claptrap, that can be viewed below. Borderlands 2 will be a Steamworks title

2K Games, Gearbox Software and Valve today announced an agreement to power all PC versions of the highly anticipated Borderlands 2 with Steamworks when the game launches on September 18, 2012 in North America and September 21, 2012 internationally. Currently in development by Gearbox Software, Borderlands 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed four-player cooperative shooter-looter that combined intense first-person mayhemwithrole-playing gameplay.
