The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Four Brand New 4K Screenshots Released

CD Projekt RED has released four brand new 4K screenshots for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. These new images come from the PC version, and one of them – most probably – shows off NVIDIA’s Hairworks. The Witcher 3 releases this May. Be warned that each one of the following images is over 10MB in size. Enjoy!

    1. Screen 1 and 3 is from old renderer (Witcher 2’s renderer running on DX 9 that they used before E3 reveal). Using them makes no sense.

    1. I don’t think they’re normal wolves, I saw someone on another forum who said fluffy white wolves were monsters in one of the books.

    2. Artic wolves do have much more fur than regular wolves. I got stunned for a moment, they look very real. But like randir14 said they could be one of the monsters from the books.

      1. while the look good , as in almost every games , the eyes let us down. just look at the wolves eyes( the ist one looks like it is gonna break into a disney song)
        otherwise well and good

  1. In some scenes the game comes very close to achieving 2013 like quality. Overall it looks epic. Can’t wait.

    1. What the hell is wrong with you people, “2013” quality, who in their right minds thinks the game looked great in 2013. It looked like a modified Witcher 2 and really that’s what it was

    1. According to GameStar hands on, a single GTX 980 + i7 4790k with (8 or 16 GB Ram I forgot) is needed to keep the game at almost 60 fps at ultra/1080p though that build might be older so the final build could end up being more demanding or less demanding, I have a pair of GTX 980 so I hope that I am ready for ultra/1440p 😀

  2. The Witcher 3 so called “downgrade” will still have the best graphics in the history of any RPG game ever made.
