  1. So….. Deep silver is trying to finance Dead Island 2 because they’re broke now ? What is the point of that re-release…

  2. Sweet. I own both games but never finshed the 1st one and never started the 2nd. Now i can! And in the DEFINITIVE way! Lol…..

    1. areed. nothing is new. just graphic tweaks. to be honest if this wasnt originally a 360/ps3/pc game and was pc exclusive all this would have been day 1.

  3. omg make something other than zombies chromeland you will make alot of money if you focus on open world.

  4. If it’s not a free upgrade to existing owners, they can keep it, I’m not buying them again.

Unless I get an offline installer, and DRM free GOG release, that would make it worth some coin, but I’d still expect a large discount, as an existing owner,

  5. Game doesn’t look night and day improved as much but I did notice that they layered on a hell of a lot of CA and other forms of blurring because everything looks like it’s been smeared with Vaseline and the textures not being nearly as sharp, even on the undead in some shots. I really hope they learned their previous lesson and throw in an option to turn off CA or I;m not buying anything else. Also if it’s not cheaper to those who own both DI1 and Riptide then they can forget me ever buying from them.
