Square Enix has released the first direct feed screenshots for Final Fantasy VII Remake. Unfortunately, these screenshots were captured from the game’s recently released PSX Experience 2015 trailer, so there is nothing really new to see. Still, it’s good having the direct feed images as they show details that some may have missed due to the trailer’s compression issues. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”

They went kinda overboard with those effects.
they will be reduced and downgraded most likely. the footage they shown had lots of frame rate drops. i know it is in “alpha” but still.
Hopefully. Not a fan of tons of lens flares in my face when engaging in battle 😛
