I think its more hardcore that gear dont matter in PVP, adds a entire skill dimension that was missing before.
nope you can do 5 man mythic+++++ and get top end raid gear.
but the PVP isn’t gear dependant its now skill based, that alone actually got me back from a 5 year hiatus. I couldn’t care less about PVE
it depends item level if some one raids and has all the top gear they have a 7% advantage in dps over you.this is how they said the pvp system will always be for now on so raiders will always have an advantage over others.
