Camlann GamesRemove and Pastaspace Interactive have announced that their open-world Lovecraftian spacefighter RPG, Underspace, will hit Steam Early Access in 2024. In order to celebrate this announcement, the teams also shared a new gameplay trailer that you can find below.
According to its description, in Underspace, players will “face thunderous monsters, join up with devious pirates, loot ancient star cities, and make your mark on a galaxy of storms and secrets.”
Players will be able to fly, paint, and customize over 60 different ships. Moreover, they will be able to outfit themselves with over 150 pieces of equipment. Additionally, they can choose their race, build their character, and try not to get eaten by a ghost train.
The final version also promises to have 70 handcrafted star systems, over 20 unique bosses, over 30 unique sidequests, and over 40 different factions.
