Yesterday, we informed you about the massive 1.10 patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that packed 600 fixes. Today, CD Projekt RED released this patch on all platforms. According to Marcin Momot, this patch is 6-15GB on the PC (depending on platform). Yeap, we are talking a really, really, really impressive and huge patch.
The @witchergame patch 1.10 is going to be around 15gb on consoles (depending on SKU) and between 6-15gb on PC (depending on platform).

If you are interested in its changelog, you can view it in our previous story (for obvious reasons we’re not including it here because… it’s HUUUUUUGE).

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. 15GB ? Damn this much be changing tons of stuff in the game , worth of playing it again.
Mostly just fixing rare bugs, apparently it’s just easier to overwrite 15Gb of data than trying to fix things in between with the patch or something. It adds stuff too though.
This has killed my framerate 🙁
Did it change the graphics settings anyhow?
it reverted them to default, i tried on lowest settings possible and I get ~41 fps, whereas I used to get almost stable 60 on medium + high quality texture setting.
Well. Updated with 1.10 and my save folder in My Documents is completely empty. Only option Im showing is to start a new game.
Not very happy.
Nevermind. Wasn’t the update. it was a bone headed moving of files on my part.
