The Witcher 3 – Latest Teaser Trailer Includes Hidden Message, 2000 Openable Doors Confirmed

CD Projekt RED has released a new teaser trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This teaser seems to be from a new cinematic video that will be included in the game (that will be fully revealed on May 14th). In addition, CD Projekt RED has included a hidden message that can be viewed below.

Here is the hidden message (kudos to our reader ‘Sho’ for sharing the message with us):

“After 3 long years The Witcher: Wild Hunt is finally ready to go.
The reviews are already out and the reception is amazing.
We can’t wait to hand our baby over to you.

It is a very important milestone for all of us here.
We went from 50 people in the first Witcher
to over 200 creating a massive world of Wild Hunt.

It’s a grand scale now, but the nuance and soul of the series is intact.
We won’t have it any other way.

This is one for the fans who supported us all this time
Those who cheered for a different kind of fantasy.

One that’s dark unsettling and personal.
Here’s something to sweeten these last days of waiting

  1. I remember the night I read the list of downgrades. It was this night.
    And a lot more scary than that redhead.

Agreed, I was going to purchase a additional retail copy but I’ll just download the game from my gog account that I got free, honestly would’ve helped these devs grow, at the beginning they understood, I understand that they wanted to make console games from the very first witcher which was fine but when you intentionally downgrade your game in order to appease console fanboys and their marketing partners then I honestly see you as just another developer looking for a buck, they’ve worked hard yes to make this game but in the end they’ve broken alot of trust for so many, some probably ask why everyone is saying downgrade and not worried about gameplay, it’s more of where they came from and who supported them from the get go, I’ve said it before even if the game was 8bit I would support them but when you literately butcher your game in order to run a slower system it really questions they’re thoughts on the other system at hand.

        So yeah pretty much deceive is the right word you have there.

      1. I praise the game for it’s positive points, if someone cannot see them due to negativity surrounding one aspect it’s their fault.

          It requiring an i7 and a 980 to play like consoles, and that being the maximum PC graphics is just negativity?
          They didn’t bother to make a proper PC release, they didn’t even bother to optimize it at all. They lied for a year about all this.

          9. only PCDR never once said what they shown at E3 2013 was how the game will look. Ubisoft showed over 8 minutes of footage of what they said the game would look like.

          14. There was a PC stream by IGN, we do know it looks like the leaked PS4 version. Open your damn eyes already.

You can’t even wait for another 4 days to see the game yourself ? this sounds more like curiosity rather than proof of anything. Some of us are just acting like kids and going on rampage against the devs, insulting them, abusing them with venomous words and other nonsense and please look at those XML files and the settings they have before calling it a bad PC release, I am referring to those files because I have no other proof to show you.

    1. I’m not that excited any more, it looks too me they removed all the great atmosphere and made the game look like a cartoon. I’ll buy it but I’m not happy about the graphics downgrade at all.

      1. If you are talking about the 2013 trailer that was not even gameplay and trying to compare that to now from pre builds then I guess.

        But to think a game could look like the trailer from 2013 on PC under DX11 is just insane. Since it’s fully open world. The amount of GPU power would take four titan X cards just at 1080P to run at a respectable frame rate.

        But never did CDPR say that the trailer from 2013 was real time gameplay. And besides all we seen is console footage and pre builds from the PC version.
