And it’s official everyone. The Steam page of KOF XIII is now live, revealing the game’s release date as well as some additional details about this special edition. According to its description, the PC version features vastly improved netcode that will provide you with the most comfortable online experience yet. The new netcode features improved communication speeds between you and your opponent, and also tailors your online experience according to your PC environment.
The King Of Fighters XIII Steam Edition will also feature a graphics option, allowing the players to switch between different frame rates and simplify backgrounds, has been newly added. This will – obviously – be ideal for those with low-end specs and laptops.
The King Of Fighters XIII Steam Edition will sport three different types of online versus matches. These types are: Ranked Match, Player Match and Friend Match.
Moreover, the Steam Version will offer “Iori with the Power of Flames”, “NESTS Style Kyo”, and “Mr. Karate” DLC characters from the get-go, for a total roster of 36 characters.
The King Of Fighters XIII Steam Edition is scheduled for a September 13rd release, and it comes with a 18% discount.
