Tales of Zestiria May Hit the PC, Entry Appears in Steam’s Registry

PS3 title Tales of Zestiria may be coming to the PC, as the game has been spotted in Steam’s registry. While its entry has been renamed to TOZ (perhaps in order to avoid any possible leak), NeoGAF’s member ‘Takao‘ was able to screen-grab the game’s Steam database entry prior to that change. As we can see, Tales of Zestiria is in Steam and as we all know, Steam’s registry rarely lies when it comes to such things.

Tales of Zestiria is a JRPG released on PS3. The game was developed and published by Bandai Namco. And given the company’s new stance towards Steam and PC gaming (let’s not forget that DOA is coming to the PC next month), a PC port of Tales of Zestiria’s PS3 version seems plausible.

In Tales of Zestiria, players take the role of Sorey; a man blessed with powers by a mystical spirit race known as the Seraphim who act as a stabilizing force in the land. Sorey travels to free the land of Glenwood from the threat of the Hellion.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

      1. Bayonetta 2 was funded by Nintendo, but I think they didn’t buy the actual IP so the the first game should still belong to SEGA.

Also Platinum could potentially pull a Sigma with Bayo 2 at some point.

      2. Nop. Nintendo didn’t buy the I.P.. It still belongs to Sega… Bayonetta 2 was just funded by Nintendo..So there is still a chance that it may arrive on PC at some point.. Bayonetta 1. not Bayonetta 2…

  1. Meh. I take titles appearing in the steam registry with a grain on salt. There’s been quite a few games that have appeared in it but haven’t been announced or even hinted at

  2. Need more JRPGs.
I completed Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC recently, and I must say this is a great game. Now waiting for the second chapter or any other good JRPG.

  3. Personally I think the japanese lost the touch they had in the 90s, western RPGs are more appealing to me since theres no moe characters on those games. Now every JRPG hero looks like a korean pop star. Anyways if this comes with a reasonable price, maybe Ill give it a chance.

  4. Just to correct infos , DOA (Dead or Alive) is developed and published by Koei Tecmo not Bandai Namco while Both dragon ball and one piece are from bandai namco
