Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has gone Gold + 20 Minutes of new Gameplay Footage

Electronic Arts and Respawn have announced that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has gone Gold. This means that the game is ready for its November 15th release. Moreover, new gameplay preview videos have surfaced lately and you can find below one featuring 20 minutes of new gameplay footage.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is an action-adventure game set after Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith. Players will develop their Force abilities, hone their lightsaber techniques, and explore the ancient mysteries of a long-lost civilization—all while staying one step ahead of the Empire and its deadly Inquisitors.

The game will feature several planets that the player can elect to travel to via starship. On these worlds unique abilities and upgrades can be found that open up new paths across other planets, making re-traversal an essential part of the gameplay experience.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and according to EA it will not feature any multiplayer modes or microtransactions. Moreover, it will not have any planned DLCs, and will be solely focused on a single-player experience.

  1. It looks like a game made in 2008 or something. Liinear, scripted, with cutscenes when you go through a whole or a crack in the wall in order to load the next area on ram and delete the area you were. Long linear platforming sections with wall running, like prince of persia, combat that feels off and resembles more a qte fight system. The combat is so simple, there are no advanced mechanics, compare that to jedi academy or jedi knight 2 that you got weapons as well and more force powers. Then you got the last boss, what is this? A manifestation of a big fat lesbian feminist with dyed hair? The only good thing about this is that its a single player game as opposed to games nowadays that are mmo looter shooters.

  2. Something about those animations just looks wrong. Like it resembles more a robot chicken episode than actual movement.
