Square Enix and EIDOS Montreal announced today that a new gameplay demo for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be showcased next Wednesday. In addition, Square Enix will reveal some new Deus Ex projects.

There is really nothing more to add here. It will be interesting to see what these new Deus Ex projects are all about. Our guess is some mobile tie-ins or applications that will prepare players for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.
Still, we can’t wait to see a new gameplay demo for this new Deus Ex game. Oh, and let’s hope that the facial animations will be more polished.

Probably me just worrying too much but projects is suspicious.
The original is till one of my all time favorites. I really enjoyed the last one and just hope that they don’t mess around with this one.
Deus Ex projects is a little worrying are they aiming for another tablet game or maybe removing content for something else besides DLC etc.
The days of just providing the best single player story experience they can is sadly diminishing nowadays.
I hope that I am wrong and we get another great game.
The last one really turned me off with that last chapter that they gave you harmless zombified people while you were maxed out with all the weapons waiting for a cyberdemon or something.
At least they had NG+. Still amazes me how many SP-centric games with character levelling, unlocks etc. don’t have NG+.

Yeah, but a lot of people do though, especially with an unlocks/progressive “power scaling” type game, & it takes very little resources, all the assets, mobs, etc. have already been designed, they just need to switch some things around, & disable some other things (UI elements, etc.) to amp up the Difficulty.
It’s moronic not to do it just because not everyone wants it, as it doesn’t take away from anyone else’s experience.
i agree that they could include it for the sake of it but im not sure whats the point in deus ex anyways. its not like theyll scale up guards detection abilities or hit points. and since you have lots more skills and the such the game becomes even easier. i guess its kind of like cheating in a way only that it takes longer lol
Well for one thing all Achievements are obtainable in NG+, so if you want to go for Pacifist (no kills clear) without resetting your character’s entire progression with a whole new save, you can.
Sure in some ways it does get easier, but in others it does remain just as annoying.
Yeah the ending was very disappointing but then sadly so are most game endings nowadays.
