After the suspension of Batman: Arkham Knight’s PC sales, Rocksteady and NVIDIA decided to jump in and work like crazy in order to fix this mess. As both companies noted, their engineers and developers are doing their best to fix it, though there is still no ETA for when this new, updated version will hit Steam.
As Sefton Hill, Game Director and co-founder at Rocksteady Games claimed:
Totally supported decision to suspend PC version. We have our best engineers at Rocksteady working like crazy to help fix the issues ASAP.

Similarly, NVIDIA told Videogamer that it has made its QA and engineering resources available to Warner Bros and Rocksteady in order to fix the performance issues of Batman: Arkham Knight.
“We are working with WB Games and the development teams to address the performance issues of the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight. We have made our QA and engineering resources available and will provide updates when they are available.”
