Overwatch will be free to play next weekend

In order to celebrate its first anniversary, Blizzard announced that Overwatch will be free to play next weekend. During this free weekend Overwatch’s full roster of 24 heroes and 14 maps available for play in a variety of modes, including Quick Play, Custom Games, and the Arcade.

Players will also have the ability to level up, earn Loot Boxes, and unlock a variety of different customization options. Furthermore, those who decide to purchase Overwatch after test driving the game will get to keep any progress that they made during the weekend.

  1. GREAT GAME, CANT BELIEVE ITS BEEN A YEAR! I recommend everyone who doesnt own it, too try it. probably the best team based shooter on pc.

    1. It is the best competitive online shooter out in ages, it is cheaper and better than the crap CODs and Battlefields that keep coming out every year, and currently only CS GO has more viewers as a shooter e-sport.

      1. R6 Seige begs to differ. CSGO is, was, and will always be the king. I agree about the COD’s and BF’s though.

  2. I want to buy it but not for the price it is now, on blizzard its 60euros, on kinguin its 36 or 37 I think so , but wtf with this price its just a shooter ????????????????

    1. For PC it is 39 Euros, 60 is for consoles, and no one should ever buy it for the consoles, but it seems still a few did.
