Nioh 3 Gets Official PC System Requirements

KOEI Tecmo has just revealed the official PC system requirements for the next part in the Nioh series, Nioh 3. So, let’s see what you’ll need to run it.

Nioh 3 is a dark samurai action RPG. In this game, you will battle powerful monsters called yokai. These enemies are tough and will challenge your skills in every fight. You’ll also visit spooky villages where strange and suspicious creatures are hiding, waiting to surprise you.

To run it, PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. With this PC setup, you will be able to play at 1080p/30fps using the ‘Lightest’ graphics preset with upscaling. The game will also require 125GB of free disk space.

The devs recommend using an Intel Core i5-10600K or an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. With this PC system, you will be able to game at  1080p/60fps using the ‘Standard’ graphics preset with upscaling.

In short, these PC requirements are not for native resolutions. Instead, they are with upscaling enabled. We also don’t know whether there will be day-1 support for all upscalers. Will the game only support DLSS? Or will it also have support for FSR and XeSS?

KOEI Tecmo will release Nioh 3 on PC on February 6th, 2026. The game is also priced at 80 euros. That’s for the Standard version by the way. The good news is that the Steam store page does not liste Denuvo. So, my guess is that KOEI Tecmo won’t use it. That, or they will add it at the last minute.
