Mortal Kombat fans, here is something for you today. Styx KazikluBey has released a brand new version of the free MK Mugen game, Mortal Kombat Project Ultimate Revitalized.
Mortal Kombat Project Ultimate Revitalized is easily one of the best Mortal Kombat Mugen games. As with most MK Mugen games, it features a huge roster. Players can find fighters from pretty much all Mortal Kombat games. Not only that, but you can find 2D versions of fighters that appeared in some 3D Mortal Kombat games. For instance, Reiko, Tanya and Jarek (from Mortal Kombat 4) are playable. Additionally, you can play as all the classic bosses, including Shao Kahn.
Version 2.5 brings numerous new characters and stages. And, as always, all the newly introduced characters have their own finishing moves.

The Mortal Kombat MUGENs are quite good and have a more balanced AI that makes them more enjoyable than the originals.
