MindsEye feature-2

MindsEye Gets Official PC System Requirements

Build A Rocket Boy has officially revealed the PC system requirements for their upcoming game, MindsEye. This is an exciting new single-player action-adventure thriller that focuses on story, mystery, and high-stakes missions. If you’re planning to play it on PC, here’s everything you need to know about the game’s requirements and what to expect.

In MindsEye, players step into the shoes of Jacob Diaz, a former soldier with a troubled past. Jacob has a strange neural implant in his brain, and he’s dealing with memory loss and disturbing flashbacks. As the story unfolds, Jacob must go on dangerous missions to uncover what really happened to him and who he truly is.

The world of MindsEye is dark and full of threats. You’ll come across advanced robots, crazy science experiments, sneaky companies, corrupt leaders, and even a massive army with no master. It will be a mix of sci-fi action and suspense, with a strong focus on storytelling.

The game is powered by Unreal Engine 5. However, there is no word on whether it will support Nanite or Lumen. Looking at the PC specs, we can assume that it will be using Lumen. Or at least that’s the vibe I got from them. The game will also support NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi-Frame Generation, something that NVIDIA revealed a few days ago.

To run it, PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i5-12400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with 16GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. The game will also require 70GB of free disk space, and it will be using the DX12 API.

The devs recommend using an Intel Core i7-13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D with 16GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT.

However, the developers didn’t share exactly what settings or resolution these specs target. That means we don’t know if the recommended specs are for 1080p, 1440p, or 4K, or what framerate they aim to deliver. That’s a little disappointing, since most gamers want to know what kind of performance to expect.

MindsEye will launch on June 10th, so it’s coming very soon. Strangely, we haven’t seen a lot of gameplay yet. IO Interactive has shared a few short clips that last around 3 to 5 minutes. That’s not much to go on, so the game is still a bit of a mystery. It could turn out to be a surprise hit, or it might be just an average game. We’ll have to wait and see.

Either way, the idea behind MindsEye sounds interesting. If you like games with mystery, sci-fi action, and deep stories, it might be worth checking out.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

  1. I just looked this game up, and at this point, I can't tell whether I've seen this exact game before or if this is new shovelware or a re-release of an asset flip.
I just can't wait for this industry to crash and make all these worthless devs go homeless.

    1. Why bro? it looks like nice action-adventure, something out of GTA, something out of Uncharted, i mean it can be fun, also Blades of Fire

      1. Looks like the typical p*ss filter generic trash we get every day. It looks like saint row and every other asset flip on the market to me

      2. These guys just complain,
They don't play or dont get time to play games anymore
they just load DSOG just to complain

        1. You're mad because people have their own opinions? 99% of modern games are absolute trash & this game is not the exception.

      1. Can't do that combo in Doom or Expedition 33 or Stellar Blade
So, yea … not revolutionary but still not that common and can still be fun

  2. Feels like its asking for a lot but a demo would be great for everyone to see for themselves. The premise is interesting enough for me but I think i'd still wait for sale right now.

  3. Lincoln Clay, now Lincoln Dough, in an even shïttier game!
Feels like I won't ever need to worry about upgrading, there's nothing new to play anymore.

  4. Watched some trailers, looks intresting, this game and Blades of Fire
also Alters, Hell is US, RAIDO Remastered, Lost Soul Aside,Wuchang2 fallen feathers,Onimusha 2 remaster, looks like they might be good games

And of course MGS3 Delta in august and Death Stranding 2 next month

    1. Onimusha 2 Remaster is plagued with censorship, and crappy localization, by purple haired freaks

      1. DS1 was fine, many people loved it, the previews of DS2 say its more “normal” and has wider appeal
