Mass Effect Legendary Edition sales exceeded EA’s expectations

Mass Effect Legendary Edition remasters the first three Mass Effect games and came out in May. And, according to EA, its sales exceeded its expectations.

As EA’s CEO Andrew Wilson said during the company’s latest conference call.

“The launch of Mass Effect Legendary Edition – the remaster of the first three Mass Effect games – reignited the passion of fans around the world, driving sales performance well above our expectations.”

This is definitely good news as Mass Effect Legendary Edition only features single-player games. Not only that, but it does not have any micro-transactions. So, let’s hope that EA will get it this time, and start investing more in single-player games.

Additionally, EA stated that it will continue to invest in the Jedi Fallen Order franchise. Since Jedi Fallen Order was a single-player game, I seriously hope that the publisher plans to release more SP games, and not an MP spin-off that is full of MTX loot boxes.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. when are people gonna realize that EA is NEVER going out of business?? lol EA can release a $100 season pass, and prople will STILL buy it ?

  2. Don’t just blame PC players for this, they are the ones who least bought this since the originals are easily available and moddable on PC. Console n?i?g??g??e??r??s? on the other hand jumped all over it like the good sheep they are.

    1. Seen the latest Digital Foundry video on Halo Infinite? John was shilling hard for channel sponsor Microsoft throughout and was visibly pained whenever Richard and Alex dropped some truth bombs about the beta’s performance!

  3. Does that mean they are going to add the multiplayer like they said they would if it was successful???
