Square Enix has announced that Kingdom Hearts 4 will be coming to PC in 2027. Moreover, the publisher has shared a new in-engine trailer that you can find below.
In Kingdom Hearts 4, Sora wakes up in the strange world of Quadratum. He wants to find a way back home, but he does not know how.
Meanwhile, Donald and Goofy travel to the Underworld. They hope to find a clue that will help them locate Sora.
The game will feature a fast and dynamic combat system. Players will be able to mix attacks and magic with ease and build new combos during battles.
Sora can also change the Keyblade he uses. Each Keyblade can unleash unique attacks, giving players more ways to fight. You can pick the Keyblade and play style that best fits your strategy.
Kingdom Hearts 4 will most likely use Unreal Engine 5. The previous games used earlier versions of UE, so it’s the most logical thing to think that this new KH game will use its latest version. I also get some UE5 vibes from the trailer, so I guess this is the case.
Enjoy the trailer and stay tuned for more!
