IO Interactive has just revealed its James Bond game, which will now be officially called 007 First Light. 007 First Light will be using the Glacier Engine, it will come out in 2026, and below you can find its debut trailer.
In 007 First Light, follow James Bond as a young, resourceful, and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6’s training program, and discover an origin story of the world’s most famous spy.
To be honest, 007 First Light gave me both Kingmans and James Bond vibes. I don’t know if this is what the team wanted to achieve. But, the main character is mostly something you’d see in a Kingsman game. As for the gameplay, 007 First Light is heavily inspired by the Hitman series.
Contrary to Hitman, though, 007 First Light will have more action. So, I guess we’re looking at a game that will allow you to approach the missions with both stealth and action styles. Or at least that’s what the trailer implied.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

Obvious bait-and-switch for the simple-minded goyim normies is obvious.
You can blame the British for colonizing India and Africa. No white money penny for you.

Why no gameplay crap
I do believe there was a few scenes of gameplay, it looked very much like the Hitman style animations when he was throwing the briefcase and some other dodging and stuff. It just didn't have the UI on it.
I could be wrong, but it didn't look like pre-rendered CGI.
Is pretty much nuHitman with linear design.
It looks like a Bond game made by vegans.
They have a whole series about a white middle aged bald man killing people that's highly successful and they somehow thought making Bond a f*king early 20s amateur with a black and indian leader a good idea.
What the f*k.
Looks terrible, like an early PS4 game.
No idea how they managed that considering the image quality of the 3 Hitman games was usually very good.
Time to wipe out all f*krS!
Totaly Disgusting!
Modern day black curly hair boss b**ch, No thanks.
We get it. You're only into white women and have a deep-seated resentment towards blacks. It's a weird flex but I don't ever expect to understand American psychology. Quite frankly, I don't even want to.
Nah you don't. you enjoy your virtue signaling while being controlled like a sheep to hate your own or praise the ones that are destroying western culture. i learned to love that culture early in life even tho i was never been in a western country. i appreciate it more than you commie f*gs ever be.
Haha, damn. How did you know I love to be controlled? Such a simple mind you have. It's astonishing but what do you expect from Westerners and their sympathisers?
And hate my own? Bruh, I'm as black as they come and an immigrant who has lived in London almost my whole life. I've seen how much this society has changed since the mid 90s. Yet, I'm incredibly appreciative of how this country has provided me and my family an opportunity to live a better life. That doesn't change the fact that I will call out moronic people like yourself who constantly belittle the black community out of spite.
So, tell me, how do you feel about M being a tanned-skinned South Asian woman? Are there any racist remarks regarding that? After all, she is Bond's superior and was onscreen for a reasonable amount of time in this trailer. I'm sure you have more to say about the black guy talking to her lol.
It’s interesting that your comment focused solely on the one Black female character (I'm guessing she's Moneypenny), who appeared on screen for only six seconds. There was nothing "boss b**ch" about her, yet you decided to make that comment and bring up her race and curly hair anyway. I’m curious to know the motive behind your statement.
TLDR why are you still breathing ? dont waste oxygen anymore.
Of course you have nothing of value to say in response. It’s a typical reaction from a racist who doesn’t even know why he’s racist to begin with.
suck my c*** and choke on it n*gg**
You have an ethnic name. If you’re a brown skin person then it’s a bit of an oxymoron to call somebody that in a hostile manner, since a white racist could very well use it against you too lol.
according to you f*gs i can not be racist towards you, but who cares, choke on it babe
Your mind is in the gutter. Wouldn’t be surprised if you’re some kind of s*x pest irl.
You speak like a liberal woman, stop having a meltdown over words wh*re, its not good for your STDs.
Daniel Craig and his movies have been disasterous for the bond franchise, now they do that again but young version.
Postmodernism (and all the crap that comes with that mindset) has been disastrous for culture.
I disagree. Casino Royale and Skyfall are phenomenal and were truly the last decent Bond movies. The last action movies with true masculine energy. They were also more true to the original source compared to all the past movies in the franchise with the exception of the Connery ones. Plus, Craig had a lot of charisma and looked the part, as did all the other Bond actors. This one however… just no. The only thing that they got right was the scar on his face. Other than that, he's just too much of a twink here. The guy is meant to be in his mid-to-late 30s, not 26 as he is here in this game.
The game in general seems to be combining elements from the pre-Craig era with the use of campy sci-fi gadgets and that popcorn flick feel along with the high-octane, more grounded and visceral aspects of the Craig movies. Best of both worlds. Yet somehow it manages to be extremely meh for me. And this is coming from a huge 007 and espionage genre fan. I guess we'll just have to wait and see once we get more from it.
no they sucked, garbage story, no cool gadgets forgettable villains and craig beating the crap out of people is not james bond, bond is more suave and uses gadget. Its idiotic to think these movies were true masculine energy when they tied bond naked on a chair with no seat and torture him by beating his balls over and over again.
To each his own. Clearly you know nothing about the 007 lore, nor do you care about it. The only time lore ever matters to you is whenever your favorite sci-fi and fantasy franchise partially strays from the original source material.
Bond frequently went into hand-to-hand combat in the books. He served in the British Navy and was skilled in boxing, judo and swimming. The Bourne Identity books were heavily inspired by many of these aspects, even though some people mistakenly claim that the Craig films copied Bourne when it's really the other way round. Still, I love both franchises. Seems like you guys hate them because they're modern or whatever.
Outside of Casino Royale (which is a fairly good adaptation besides the third act that turns into a telenovela) the Craig movies are anti-Bond.
Quantum Solace alone is a disgrace trying to be a Bourne movie and failing hard at it.
Skyfall is idiotic (the third act is a Home Alone movie and James Bond is his actual name, f*ck off)
Spectre is embarrassing, and i didn't even bother watching the last movie, they lost me with the Bond made in a "metoo" era.
Craig's Bond is a feminist Bond, and Bond is anything but that.
Again, to each his own. Your opinion is not a matter of fact. The fact is Craig's movies were the most authentic to the original source materials. Whether people loved those entries or not, that's an entirely subjective matter. The same way people a lot of people dislike the Tomb Raider reboot, there are plenty of contrary views to that.
"Skyfall is idiotic"
Okay then. You didn't like it. Just move on, my guy. The movie was universally praised. There are a ton of things I don't like which many of you people praise but I don't write up all these rage-baiting comments. It's some weird childlike behaviour.
Quantum of Solace was an average movie at best. Completely forgettable. Many people seemed to agree with that assessment. Still, it had its moments and I enjoy the soundtrack.
I feel like I'm one of the few who actually kinda liked Spectre. It had one of the coolest openings to any Bond movie. It also attempted to revive the classic formula that many fans, including yourself, appreciated—the campiness, the gadgets, and the lighthearted tone. However, it still wasn't enough for the haters. I'm aware of its flaws, which were pretty big ones but it's not as bad as QoS in my opinion.
we have them because they are not charming and interesting and fun like the old films, they try too hard to be realistic instead of fun pulps, just because you can preorder the original bond pistol from the novels it doesnt make the game good.
And I'm guessing you enjoyed the Bourne movies? They were pretty serious and realistic action movies but weren't authentic to the novels.
I grew up with the Pierce Brosnan movies and games so naturally I should have a bias towards them, which I do. I don't have anything against what past Bond movies did before Craig's iteration. I'm able to appreciate what they all could bring to the table and thought the last bunch of movies were a nice change of pace from the old archaic formula, which I think needed to take a break. There's nothing wrong with that.
Just because the movies were a lot more grounded and relatable doesn't mean the action sequences suffered as a result of that. If you want to see a clear example of an ultra-realistic modern action film without all the classic Hollywood glamour, look up the trailer for a French movie called "Ad Vitam" which came out early this year. It looks decent but I'd understand the complaints if the Bond series became something like this. Even if, in my opinion, believe that this is how a Bond movie is supposed to look if we're talking about authenticity. The Craig movies are way more over the top and unrealistic compared to this and if you disagree you're just being foolish for the sake of it.
no
Immature and pointless response but okay.
The new Bond movies were wannabe Jason Bourne movies and while they had tremendous production value and stunts they lost the mainstream appeal of the IP. Craig is not just worse than Connery, he's light years behind Brosnan who might have been the perfect Bond, but had some of the worst writing. Craig simply had no charm. Women hated him, men liked him because they were basically Bourne action movies.
Bond was one of those things that appealed to both sexes because he was sophisticated, intelligent, charming as well as dangerous. Indiana Jones was the exact same thing (until Disney ruined it) and that is because Spielberg could never get his dream job of making a Bond movie.
If you lose the charm, intelligence the character no longer works and there is no real reason for it to be a Bond movie anymore. Having a co protagonist telling Indiana Jones what and how to do things, that is more intelligent and sophisticated than him also breaks him. Now he's just generic adventure man.
The funny thing is that mentally ill women and weird dudes who want to be women make characters like the new Indiana Jones a weakling and a moron, but the majority of women now find him repulsive which is why the newest film bombed with women as well. Women actually want a man to make some decisions, be assertive and it drives them crazy when they don't.
You might not know this because you are young, not married and think women on social media represent most women. Most women are busy in their own social circles, not being terminally online (outside of maybe facebook), drinking wine and living with a cat and hating men because they couldn't land one.
We’re not talking about Indiana Jones here. People find him repulsive in his new movie because he’s old. You can’t make a old man sexy or charming (at least not always). If you think that Craig’s Bond isn’t charming, sophisticated and intelligent like the past iterations then you clearly haven’t seen a single one of his movies. What makes him different is that he’s more GROUNDED, like in the books. He’s not a cookie cutter, idealised Hollywood protagonist that we’re so used to seeing. That doesn’t automatically have to mean that it’s better or worse. It’s a just a different and refreshing take on a stale formula which needed to take a break in my opinion.
I like every iteration of Bond but I do particularly like Craig’s take on it because of how relatable and realistic he is. He’s imperfect, traumatised and physically scarred. Yet, he’s the same charmer and womaniser as portrayed in the books. He’s a lot more cynical and a loner too which is exactly how he was described. A lot of these subtle attributes is why he is considered the most accurate representation of Bond whether you like it or not. Your opinion of how you feel about his movies does not detract from that fact.
I love the campy/goofy nature of the Pierce Brosnan films and would like to see those elements make a comeback some day but I don’t feel that the franchise is suffering without it at the moment. The whole feminism/MeToo/LGBT crap has nothing to do with the approach of the Craig era since his first movies dates back to 2006. That movie was anything but woke and primarily targeted the straight male and female audience more than most action movies of today. You think the scene with Daniel Craig walking on the beach with his glistening jacked body in nothing but swimming trunks wasn’t made to entice the female audience at that time? Check out female YouTuber’s reactions of Casino Royale and keep telling me that he’s not charming to the eyes of straight women.
Again, if there was no James Bond there would be no Jason Bourne. It’s as simple as that. You should be twice as mad about the Jason Bourne movies because they completely deviated from the storylines from the books. Some of the key moments and characters in the books never appeared in the movies at all. But you don’t care about that because you don’t care about the lore of these things like I do. You have a simple two-dimensional way of seeing things like the majority of people who go on this site.
Also, I’m 34, turning 35 in August. I’ve been a fan of the Bond franchise since I was very little and have always found his character to be an inspiration and a decent archetype of what a man should be to some extent. Which is why I believe Craig’s version is more ideal to that theory because it perfectly shows off the vulnerabilities a man can and will have no matter if he’s “alpha” or “beta” or whatever other stupid terms people use nowadays.
woa game about british inteligent but less native british on screen? look man, if i want to see ugly cihuhua ni**a i just need to look over my windows, ok? we had plenty of them here in morocco. i buy western game set on western world, i expected to see and learn western people and culture. you expected me to play game set in feodal japanese just to see my own black people?
Characters seem to reflect well the sh*thole that England has become.
You mean London.
whole UK, most of your cities are now run by islamists
I’m not from UK and i am more informed than u.
You're not. Manchaster, Liverpool and all other main hubs have fallen. Britain is mostly white in the rural parts and small town level, but not for long.
This is a worldwide trend, there are way worse countries demographically, like the USA, where are you from?
Slaps hair on Agent 47, renames to 007
Not a bad idea, i'm all about cutting corners on things that works.
Lol is that Usha Vance lmao wtf?
That car chase sequence looked like from Looney Tunes, the driving model must be awful.
Some animations were speed up like in cartoons.
was hoping for a first person bond game, get another third person slop with xray vision…… yay ¬_¬
Looks interesting. Im willing to give it a shot. Last bond game I played was the classic goldeneye.
There are plenty abandonware bond games right now, Quantum of Solace, Blood Stone, Nightfire. Go to myabandonware dot com and grab it.
any of them worth the time? I think the last one I saw was casino royale and it just looked like an on rails shooting gallery.
Agent Under Fire, Nightfire (PC and console), Everything or Nothing and From Russia with Love are all worth your time.
I would rather have a Kane and Lunch sequel, but IO interactive ruined the atmosphere of their games lately.
not even single female looking like female…
everybody is ni**a or arab
yeah, hard pass
Apparently Black and Arab females don't look female. Weird statement.
What year was this released?
Sire!!!
This cultural programming is so insidious. I guess the UK has it coming, as the birthplace of Globo-homo via (Juice) Bankers( started after Cromwell)…then after Ww2 the cultural center moved to Merica and became nog-rafied. The Goofy Goyim of Merica are trying to fight back via ZionDon(lost cause) but UK seems to be a pure sheep colony. Gaming is always 6-10 years behind zeitgeist.
The gayest jb I have ever seen
