Crate Entertainment has announced a new expansion for Grim Dawn, called Forgotten Gods. In this expansion, players will journey beyond the bounds of the Erulan Empire, traversing burning sands, lush oases and volcanic wastes to reach the sun beaten ruins of a city with secrets that should never have been disturbed.
As the press release reads:
“The flames of a forgotten god have been rekindled, sending ripples through the Eldritch realm and sowing terror even among the Witch Gods themselves.”
Featuring a thrilling new chapter in Grim Dawn’s story, a new gameplay mode, quality of life features, hundreds of new unique items and more, the Forgotten Gods expansion will be an exciting densely-packed new addition, whether you are a dedicated player or just starting out with Grim Dawn.
To date, Grim Dawn has sold more than 1.2 million copies with a 91% user rating. Its first expansion, Ashes of Malmouth, released in Fall 2017 to an overwhelmingly positive reception and a 90% user rating.
Stay tuned for more!

Awesome news I love Grim Dawn, the last expansion was epic!
Makes you wonder what Diablo 4 will be like and if it can compare to Grim Dawn or exceed it? Not to mention you have POE and the upcoming Wolcen that are all solid ARPGs. It be really cool too if the crew from Runic Games made a new ARPG and make it a spiritual successor to Torchlight 2 under a new company etc.
Hopefully this is the last one. Time to move onto a new game with new setting.
And hopefully a better engine
Well, i loved Titan Quest at the time, it was the successor to Diablo i wanted to play.
But this was… very firmly in meh territory. Didn’t even bother to finish it.
