Ghost in the Shell fans, here is something for you today. Nexon has launched a free weekend for its online tactical team-based first-person shooter, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online.
This basically means that you can go ahead and download the game’s Early Access build right now, and start playing for free until May 1st 1PM PST/ 4PM EST/ 10PM CEST.
In its Early Access state, players can expect the core gameplay experience to be in place including several unique characters, three initial game modes (Team Deathmatch, Terminal Conquest, and Demolition), five maps based on iconic locations from the anime, many weapons, initial augment and weapon attachment systems and basic matchmaking and progression systems.
At full launch the current plan is for First Assault to be a Free-to-Play title with optional in-game cash purchases for convenience and cosmetic items.
Have fun!

why is this game not free to play is beyond me. Looks like black ops 3 made in 2005
Because its an Early Access game. It will be Free-to-play when it goes into Open Beta later on this year.
This game should of been third person like Uncharted. If I’m playing a game based on an anime, shouldn’t I be able to see the character I want to be?
no no and no
If your playing an anime (or movie based) game you want to be IN the game, IN that universe. Not watching it from the outside ala 3rd person.
How are you not in the game if it’s third person? Dragonball Z Xenoverse should be first person as well? Why isn’t Gundam a first person? Even though it’s the most practical game to be one.
3rd person lacks immersion.
So you’re saying first person is the only way to experience immersion. Do you realize what an oxymoron that is?
Game is really fun it’s a good time killer
