Focus Home Interactive will release SnowRunner on the PC in 2020 via Epic Games Store

Focus Home Interactive and Saber Interactive have announced the sequel to MudRunner, SnowRunner. In order to celebrate this announcement, the teams have also released the game’s debut trailer that you can find below.

SnowRunner promises to feature chilling maps, vehicles, terrain and challenges. The game will also feature better visuals, advanced simulation physics, massive maps and vehicles. Also, and as its title suggests, there will be some snowy environments. Teased previously as MudRunner 2, SnowRunner promises to be the ultimate off-road experience.

SnowRunner puts you behind the wheel of a huge roster of customizable heavy-duty vehicles from manufacturers like Pacific, Navistar and more in some of the world’s most untamed, unforgiving environments. The game will have more than 15 new sandbox maps to explore. Furthermore, some of them will be up to four times larger than those in the original MudRunner.

Players will have to master extreme hazards like snowdrifts, ice, rivers and mud — each with their own unique challenges — to get your cargo safely to its destination as quickly as possible.

Last  but not least, the game will support both solo and online co-op mode with up to four players.

SnowRunner will come out on the PC in 2020, and will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store.

Enjoy!

    1. You probably one of those guys who just supports corporate chinese f@@kers but doesn’t a single game from any store lol

        1. How in the HELL could you prefer EGS over Steam, or anything else for that matter? It is literally the worst launcher that’s out there and run by complete a-holes.

    1. That robot is recently getting an massive A.I upgrade by Tim so he can say more than one words unlike before who can only say “amazing”,”excellent”.

      1. i have that fool blocked so i’m going off of what dagoat said. Yeah, from what dagoat pointed out, when he said “paragraph” that means the AI has become aware, Holy Schitt man… I’ve always known unreal to have some of the most sophisticated A.I there is, so i’m not surpised. Timmy Tencent did it.

        1. Well you cant counter EGS hater by only repeatedly say “excellent” all the time,so the upgrade is necessary 😀

          1. Haha, You are the truth. That’s a very good point by the way. With everytime I read your responses, i die of laughter man. I still going strong from when you call that fool, “Robo-Fernando”.

  1. IS Epic at least even paying you for being a apologist? imagine taking time to write this just for free…

  2. Nice one. Epic store is not a problem for me. As PC player, for me is important the game, not the platform, i don’t play “the platform” but the game.

      1. from a post above:

“for me is important the game, not the platform, i don’t play “the platform” but the game”

          1. Mmm, maybe not. I prefear play with my Nvidia card with the game bought from me. I’m not interested at all subscription services like uplay+ , EA Access….or google stadia. My PC, my performance, my games(on all platform, gog, steam, ubisoft, battlenet, epic ecc.ecc)

  3. Holy Hell FUQ… Focus Home Interactive, you were the last bastion of hope. Even though you released your game son Steam DRM platform you made them DRM-FREE, so they could still run without steam and now you’ve jumped into bed with Epic for a 2nd time. Is there nothing sacred anymore. Like Durka Durka says, ‘This Fuqing Industry”.

So Epics plan is to own all the games and then we will accept their store as the norm. Oh ok, I wonder if gamers are gonna accept this none sense and start doing something about this. The PC platform is being Hijacked by Epic Games. While Gabe Newell was trying to save the PC platform, Timmy Tencent was busy refusing to release his game son our platform because we weren’t worthy and we were all pirates. If only these AZZhat publishers was as exciting about releasing their games on GoG as they are to go exclusive on Epic.

Everyday more and more, it’s about fuqing over the consumer and they mask it in talks like “30% Cut”. I had my cash in hand ready to support Greedfall and the Surge 2 (the only 2 games i planned on buying this year), because I support Focus Home Interactive. But now i’m thinking it’s time to abandon these fools. Man, they are all the same…

      1. That’s understandable. Steam is 10 times bigger than EGS. Those features and games, and updates, and support don’t come for free. And also, the fact is that until EGS came in, no one cared about how much money developers do.

        1. Yes, it does, you moron. Cloud for almost every game, for EVERY USER. Screenshots, artwork, workshop, all available for everyone. Constant updates for steam and steam beta. Do you think these things comes for free? Steam is the biggest gaming store out there, you idiot. Valve invested a lot of money into steam, they still do. That is why the cut is so big. EGS isn’t even 5% as big as steam. They don’t even have a shopping cart. EGS? Tough competition? Don’t make me laugh.

      2. That cut allows Steam to sell games according to regional pricing, i.e games became much affordable for me. I can even buy copies for my friends.

GoG used to have a regional pricing system of sort but we have to ask for it first. The wording they used(“…out of their own pocket…”) made me feel bad for asking though. When I finally decided to take up on their offer…they cancelled the system.

          1. lol, not on my region it doesn’t! And it made the games more expensive.

If your excuse is because devs get more money, then why don’t you support Itch.io over EGS?

        1. you are proof that the simplest of insults are the most effective. I just can’t stop laughing at your Word magic homie. Awesome = “You take up too much presence on this site.” <----- i shall study this 🙂

  4. great news
knights of honor 2 has been announced. the first knights of honor has insane replayability value and arguably the best crusader rts on the planet, if you hate strategy games, this would be the game i’d recommend to you to change your mind.
don’t look at the graphics, it’s cheap on steam, just buy it now and thank me later.
    edit: here’s a trailer

  5. 88/12 is the Epic Games store’s permanent revenue sharing rate. They can operate at a profit on each transaction at this rate, and the economies of scale will continue to improve as they optimize.

  6. EGS priorizes on a small number of games that bring unique value in some way, such as exclusive games, major releases, and key indie titles. Right now they can only accommodate about 10% of the games that developers would like to release on the store, and each criteria adds weight. Eventually they’ll open up much more widely.

  7. All quality games will be welcome to EGS down the line, but it won’t be filled with random shovelware titles like Steam is.
