Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have released the first gameplay trailer for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, and announced the game’s release date. The Division 2 will be powered by the Snowdrop Engine and promises to be – visually – better than its predecessor.
As Ubisoft has already announced, the game’s development is led by Massive Entertainment and driven by close collaboration with Ubisoft Annecy, Redstorm, Reflections, Ubisoft Bucharest and Ubisoft Shanghai. The Division 2 will be based on an updated version of the Snowdrop Engine that will help the teams realize their ambitions for this title.
Contrary to the first game, this first gameplay trailer looks closer to what we’d expect from a game powered by an updated version of the Snowdrop Engine. In other words, Ubisoft has not exaggerated with the game’s visuals.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will release on March 15th.
Enjoy!

They worked really hard on the first one. That game day1 and right now is worlds apart (for the better). Now what will they do with the 2nd one, one might wonder.
I dont know about you guys but im pretty excited myself.
The first game basically was LOOK AT MY HORSE….EHHHH MY GRAPHICS LOOK AT MY GRAPHICS MY GRAPHICS ARE AMAZING, just ignore the bulletspongy enemies and the inevitable downgrade.
This game is like “so you dont mind the graphics downgrade the horrible perfomance the generic gameplay and the bulletsponges? Ok cool have some more of that.
pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft.
I feel i have played this game and better version of it with inferior graphics multiple times over.
Ok by what I’ve seen I’d say its the same graphics as Wildlands without the downgrade. Who thinks this will suffer a downgrade raise your hand!
It’s already DX12, so maby it’s not the cse anymore 😉
Let us hope for some Real Deal from UBI
cant wait to see more
That’s why you don’t buy an online AAA game. instead of updates and keeping the game alive, they will turn it off and you will get a sequel and will lose your last progression and have to start again.
Here’s how it will work:
It will be worst than the 1st, on purpose. You will complain and keep the game always as a talked about game with most articles about it saying “changes were made” and the vast majority will bite it.
The game will have, at a later date, the same weapons as the first, but as DLC. Your paying for those. Very little work and the suckers will get them.
At this point, to expect something good from this says nothing about them, it says a lot about you.
