Ubisoft announced today that Far Cry 4 has gone gold. In addition, the French company has detailed the game’s PvP multiplayer modes. And if that wasn’t enough, Ubisoft has revealed a new set of screenshots – as well as a trailer – dedicated to the game’s PvP MP modes.
Far Cry 4’s PvP consists of:
-5v5 round-based matches.
-Asymmetrical gameplay where the players take on each faction. The team with the best overall performance on both wins the match.
-20 minutes average match length.
-10 maps at launch.
-3 modes; Outpost – the Golden Path works to establish an outpost in the region while the Rakshasa has to get rid of them and secure the outpost for Pagan Min, Propaganda – the Golden Path has to destroy three Pagan Min installations while the Rakshasa protects them, Demon Mask – both sides have to find the mask and return it to their home base.

I loved Far Cry 3, I tuned the game to run perfectly at 60 fps consistently. I’m afraid I won’t be able to do that with Far Cry 4 since it’ll have the taint of Ubisoft Kiev all over it, they ruin everything they touch. On a side note, I wouldn’t be surprised if those screenshots are in fact all bullshots.

oh yes when this come out and will not perfom as well as far cry 3 it will be proven kiev is the reason we get the a crappy version.
I wonder how the PS4 version will be affected since the CPU’s so weak.
