With all the talk about the CryEngine 3, some gamers felt the need to showcase the beauty of the Frostbite 2.0 engine. One of them is YT member ‘AnglSummer4’ we made a nice video, filled with some gorgeous locations from Battlefield 3. Does this show off the beauty of the engine? Well, it’s hard to tell as we’ve seen some pretty amazing maps from the Crysis 2 modding community. Still, Frostbite 2.0 is one hell of an engine and let’s not forget that it will be used to the upcoming sequel of Command & Conquer: Generals. It will also be interesting to see whether or not other studios – that are not under EA’s flag – will actually use it. Until then though, enjoy the following video!
