Dead or Alive 6 has been delayed, now releasing on March 1st

KOEI TECMO America and Team NINJA announced today that Dead or Alive 6 will now be released worldwide on March 1st. According to the press release, the change in date – originally scheduled for a February 15, 2019 release – is due to the developer’s desire to further enhance and balance the hotly-anticipated fighting game.

Yohei Shimbori, the game’s Producer and Director, said:

“The title’s development is already near complete; however, we would like to take more time to further polish its balance, gameplay, and expressivity. In return for your patience, we commit to bringing you the best DEAD OR ALIVE gaming experience. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the release delay of DEAD OR ALIVE 6.”

The game promises to feature fights that will be presented in amazing detail, allowing fans to discern intricate facial expressions unparalleled to those seen in previous entries in the series.

  1. Wow. Who knew it could take so long to crap out DoA v5.2.

I mean really, is this supposed to represent the advancement of an entire new entry in this series? That would be comical, if it is. This looks like a texture pack for DoA 5.

I’m guessing they are working on fine tuning the typhoon of dlc / megatransactions. We can’t have anything go wrong with those two “features”, of course.

    1. they are fraid of metro far cry and crackdown that why they deay it but this gives us time to finish them !
