Nice!
great but too lazy to try these mods
Dear God I hope Crytek is watching this. Crysis reboot anyone? Third person open world. I’m in.
Maximum Fetch Quests!
Best leave the open world stuff to Rockstar and CD Projekt.
Tell that to Ubisoft.
Someone should.
Crytek is disappointment
So that’s why they call it Cry
The sequels are sh*t, no argument there, but you’re seriously telling me you don’t want a remaster of the original game?
No, the original game was also sht.
Maybe it would be bad for them to do a remastering. Knowing Crytek, they’ll remaster it to the consoles and then port it to PC.
Probably, yeah, but at least it would still look better than the version we have now – to a degree, anyway.
I mean, assuming they actually tried, that is.
If all u want is a slight graphic bump the get a… (looking over shoulder) (whispering) ENB or a mod.
Mods can make the game look better, sure, but only to a degree & only in specific ways. They can’t improve the systems that power the game itself, which are now just about 10 years old.
The lighting, for example, while still solid, could really use a facelift only possible through a complete systems revamp, courtesy of a remaster – one done on CryEngine V, compared to the now extremely antiquated CryEngine 2, which powers Crysis (OG).
I mean, sure, we can tweak the way the existing lighting system works, we can upgrade the texture resolution, bla bla bla, bla bla bla,bla bla bla, but so long as the underlying architecture is the same 10 year old thing, the game will still fundamentally be the same old thing, inadequacies & all, but with a facelift, which is but a pale shadow of what it would be if they’d just remaster the f*cking thing properly.

Lol’d.
Lol’st’d
A Far Cry remaster would be cool… I not really liked the Crysis series.
The Crysis series are good looking games but they were empty for me… at least.
“Third person”
Yeah, no.
Open-world sandbox, however, especially a jungle one, f*ck yeah.
What for? “Maximum speed……..energy critical”
“Maximum strength…..kicks car, energ critical”
uses cloak, takes 10 steps ENERGY CRITICAL
Crysis suit, aso known as a GARBAGE super hero suit sold by the black guy at the back alley of the hood.
No yeah, we should go with wrenches, instead.
More proof you just suck at games. You want a Hulk simulator? Hulk games exist, go play them. No difficulty whatsoever. You may also enjoy Hulk clones like Prototype and whatever that Playstation exclusive series is called.
Thats fun.
amazing implementation but not practical at all.
Really impressive technical skill but messed up jump height and other gameplay details. Energy drag is also completely wrong, shooting from cloak drains more in Crysis 2, sprinting drains faster in Crysis 1, this generally feels like a “Hulk with a nanosuit” mod more than a Crysis mod. The visuals are Crysis and they’re amazing. The gameplay is not Crysis at all. Armor seems to make enemies stop shooting you entirely. Wtf. Too bad.
