Ubisoft is giving away an older AC game, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, for free for a limited time. Until December 6th, PC gamers can visit its Ubisoft Connect page and get their free copy.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate came out in 2015, and it was the next game after Assassin’s Creed Unity. For Syndicate, Ubisoft downgraded its graphics. As such, the game is not as graphically impressive as Unity. Still, it looks great for a game that came out in 2015.
In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, you get to be Jacob or Evie and play. The game is set in London in 1868. It’s during the Industrial Revolution, and you have to lead your own group to fight those who exploit the less privileged.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was also the first AC game to introduce a grappling hook. With the Rope Launcher, players could traverse the city with ease. It was a cool mechanic, and it was most likely inspired by other triple-A games.
It’s also worth noting that Syndicate was one of the first games that lacked proper support for SLI back in those days. From what I know, Ubisoft couldn’t fix the SLI issues in this title. So, perhaps that’s also why we didn’t have a PC Performance Analysis for it.

i stopped playing these games with black flag which i played years after it came out because i did not care for the setting and ac3 sucked, meh no thanks, unity was a mess so i never played i think i have it for free or maybe i dont, lmao who cares. AC Origins and Odyssey are nothing like either of those games; they are much more action orientated (and have controls and mechanics that are not completely janky/awkward as they are in W3).
No. I mean dark souls. It may resemble W3 but they went ahead and copied dark souls because it was doing good back then and a lot of companies were doing the same. The outcome was a Frankenstein creation. A lot of people loved it because it was sth new for an AC game but still the same thing they were used to, DS.

Played the heck out of 2, kind of lost steam there w 3 never finished it. I know it’s a different game really but liked origins still have it. Odyssey too broad. Idk jubisoft makes same games over and over in a few series that just don’t appeal for a long time. I was intrigued by primal though still am since it’s so different in setting and time period of the game and fc3 last one I still have. Have a modded up version of fc2. Eh I guess if you want to deal with epic and it’s free, no thx though.
