AMD recently revealed a new “equipped to win” game bundle, which will offer a free copy of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Valhalla game, with the select purchase of any Ryzen 3000X/XT series of AM4 processors.
AMD has also announced the availability of its 7nm Ryzen 3000XT Matisse Refresh CPU family. This new Game bundle only applies to AMD’s Ryzen 7 3700X, Ryzen 7 3800X, Ryzen 7 3800XT, Ryzen 9 3900X, Ryzen 9 3900XT and Ryzen 9 3950X series of processors. So unfortunately users of Ryzen 5 and below series of CPUs won’t be getting this deal. But this makes little sense if you ask me, since AMD is only offering a free copy of the game with the high-end expensive Ryzen processors.
Sure, this game might be demanding and taxing on both the GPU and CPU, like previous titles from Ubisoft, but given the fact that the most of the gamers these days opt for a mainstream budget setup for their systems, it seems unfair to exclude owners of the Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 3 series of CPUs.
Nonetheless, this new offer is available starting July 7, 2020 at major retail and e-tailer outlets, and will be active until October 3rd 2020, or when Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s codes are exhausted. The Coupon Code must be redeemed no later than November 7, 2020 to obtain Application downloads after which the Coupon Code is void.
At this time of writing, AMD has no plans to extend this game bundle offer for their lower-end Ryzen 3000 processors. The following notebook and Mobile processors are also included in this offer, namely the Ryzen 9 4900H, Ryzen 9 4900HS, Ryzen 7 4800H and the Ryzen 7 4800HS processor. But before making any purchase kindly check with your local retailer to ensure that this bundle is available, and you can redeem the Game code.
