AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X Leads with a 45%+ Gap From Intel

AMD is due to release their new flagship family of processors in a couple days and leaked benchmark results have surfaced showing a massive lead by AMD with a huge 45% increase over Intel.

Above you can see that AMD’s 16 core 32 Thread beast absolutely destroys Intel’s comparably priced 10 core.  A huge jump in not only power but affordability as both of Intel and AMD processors are priced at around $1000. The results shown we can see that  the 1950X has created a huge lead of 42% in Cinebench R15 and didn’t disapoint in any of the other tests either, coming out ahead by no less than a lead of 47%.

Hello! My name Jak Connor I'm based in Australia and I picked up PCgaming as child when I was around ten years old. I mostly played RTS games back then, putting many hours into Age of Empires 1/2 and Age of Mythology. My love for PC gaming grew and stayed with me as I now have a passion for gaming and the amazing technology jumps developers show us all the time. I pledge that I will be bringing you fine people of DSOgaming the most unique and interesting news I can find!
