Modder ‘gramern’ has released a new mod that aims to fix the annoying ghosting issues that PC gamers were getting when using the AMD FSR 3.0 Frame Generation Mod.
Going into more details, the mod eliminates the most irritating frame-gen ghosting behind cars and motorcycles while driving in a 3rd person view. It also manages to slightly reduce ghosting when driving bikes in first-person view.
What this mod basically does is disable Frame Interpolation in the area behind the vehicles. However, the rest of the scene is still being interpolated. As such, you can get higher framerates without the ghosting issues. It’s a clever trick that the modder discovered. And, from the looks of it, it works pretty great.
According to gramern, this fix is compatible with both LukeFZ’s and Nukem’s AMD FSR 3.0 Mods. So, if you’ve been using them, you can download this fix from this link.
From what we know, CDPR does plan to add native support for AMD FSR 3.0. After all, AMD has included CP2077 in the list of its upcoming games that will support it. However, there is no ETA on when this will happen. So, until then, you’ll have to rely on these mods.
If you’re into Cyberpunk 2077, there are some other cool mods you should check out. For instance, you can download the Enhanced Photo Mode Unlocker. There’s also a mod that allows cars to fly, a mod that can significantly improve the game’s draw distance, and other mods that can open up new areas to explore. Oh, and don’t forget these mods that allow you to play as Ciri from The Witcher 3.
Additionally, there’s a mod that adds realistic ragdoll physics to finishing moves. Plus, Law Enforcement Overhaul is a mod that enhances the game’s Police System. And there’s even a mod that integrates the OpenAI API which enables ChatGPT support. Let’s also not forget Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked. There is also this mod that fixes the game’s broken Ray Tracing Reflections. And finally, this mod restores 100 NPCs that were cut from the game.
Have fun!

I have to ask. Were you spamming?
The links going to moderation is just to prevent spam which no one wants to see anyway. Legitimate links get approved for posting.
I have personally seen a great web site (GPU Review) years ago utterly ruined by spam when the only moderator got run over by endless waves of spam links and it got to the point where no real person could even use the forum and it eventually broke the forum because of his having to do mass deletions. Everything got wiped.
1) Disqus put you by default in the spam list. A God knows what you’ve been doing. We don’t blacklist anyone.
2) Duplicate accounts are not allowed. You just exposed this other account you had created so bye bye.
It would be some kind of funny if CDPR is waiting for the modders to make this mod as best as possible before they just yoink and twist it for one of their own native updates/patches.
Yeah, no. While the Frame Gen part of the FSR3 mod is great, both the official implementation of FSR 2.1 upscaling or even hijacking the DLSS input with FSR 2.1/2.2 doesn’t look great, due to the wack implementation CDPR did.
They need to do a proper, temporally stable FSR 2.2/3 implementation of upscaling.
It won’t happen, we all know CDPR is Nvidia lover.
Looks interesting, from what I read it changes where the fg is on the screen to not apply to the common place where you get that annoying ghosting box in TPP driving def where it’s most noticeable. I wonder maybe the official versions do this already and this is just a form of reverse engineering idk. Worth a try. What we need is a setting to turn FG off when it’s not needed dynamically say when you’re out in badlands or other lower usage place and then have it turn on when you’re in higher usage places like city center, japantown, little china etc
I will never accept frame gen, but the best mod for cyberpunk is flying cars imo.
it need another mod to work properly (a warning occur when try to download), so take a notice for it
