Modder WilliamGee has released a new total conversion mod for Duke Nukem 3D, called Duke Nukem: Horror Castle. So, let’s take a closer look at it, shall we?
Duke Nukem: Horror Castle features 8 levels, 24 new enemies (including a new Boss), and 4 new enemies. Players can also expect shrinkable DN3D mini bosses, so that they can shrink them and stomp them. There are also new health and ammo items, as well as new effects.
And that’s not all. Players will be able to smash skulls open to eat their brains for health. They can also shoot skeletons to wake them up.
You can go ahead and download the mod from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find a video for it. So, be sure to check it out if you are not in the mood to download it.
Fans of DN3D should also check out Duke Nukem 3D: Savior of Babes. This is another must-have mod for the classic shooter. Then we have Duke Nukem 3D Legacy Edition. Duke Nukem 3D Legacy Edition is a gameplay mod that brings some balance changes, remixes a number of things, and makes the game harder.
I also can’t wait for Voxel Duke Nukem 3D, which is in development. Sadly, though, there is still no ETA for when it will come out.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

I know what I'm playing this weekend
BTW. I just played the latest "Duke Nukem Forever: Restoration Project" and I'm blown away how good it was. They improved combat and completed the whole first champter.
Here's the version I played:

I tried this one and it glitched in the talking show.
Actually a great mod, and that horrible video in a boring empty hall doesn't do it justice.
The level design is much better than that:

Don't they have trailers or something?
Isn't that gal in the screenshot from Daggerfall?
These NPCs are straight up from Daggerfall.
