Modders ‘Neato’ and ‘GPUnity’ have released a new cool remaster mod for Batman: Arkham Origins. This mod brings new graphical features to this forgotten Batman: Arkham game. As such, you can now experience with better graphics on PC.
This remaster is part of the Advanced Graphics Mod we shared a while ago. In other words, it most likely features all of the improvements that were present in it.
Going into more details, this new version of the Advanced Graphics Mod brings higher quality reflections. PC players can now choose between 1080p and 4K reflections. Moreover, it features higher resolution Batsuit textures, better cape with advanced tessellation, better open world post-processing effects, and better shadows.
Additionally, it has better snow deformation height effects, which really make the game stand out. The mod also adjusts the HBAO+ intensity, updates the skyline textures, improves the resolution of real-time CCTVs, and reduces the shadow banding artifacts.
All in all, this is a must-have mod for those who want to replay this particular Batman: Arkham game. So, make sure to download it from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find a video for it. This video showcases all the new features that the modders have added.
Batman: Arkham Origins is often overlooked by everyone. Personally, I really enjoyed it when I played it in 2013. So, I don’t know why most Arkham fans rarely mention it. I know, it wasn’t developed by Rocksteady. But hey, it was at least a great and fun Batman game.
GPUnity has also created mods for almost all the other Batman: Arkham games. For example, last month, we talked about the final version of his mod for Batman: Arkham Asylum, which added 4K textures to the game. There’s a similar mod for Batman: Arkham City called Arkham City Redux. That mod adds, among other things, support for DirectX 11. You can also download the Ascension Mod for Arkham City. This mod changes the upgrade system, tweaks combat and enemy AI, and adds new difficulty options. Finally, you can download an HD Texture Pack for Batman: Arkham Knight.
Have fun!
