Outcast is now considered a classic PC game that blown everyone away with its amazing reflections and its clever use of voxels. However, it appears that the game did not sell well back in the days, which is why its sequel – Outcast II: The Lost Paradise – would be coming first on consoles. As Franck Sauer – one of the original developers – revealed, Outcast sold 400K copies (way bellow Infogrames’ goal that was one million copies), Outcast II: The Lost Paradise was meant to have more action and less adventure, and a prototype video from it has just been unveiled. Hello Games has released the debut trailer of its latest game called No Man’s Sky. No Man’s Sky can be described as Minecraft Meets Spore in a procedural environment as every planet is procedural, every planet is unique and every planet can be explored. The interesting part here is that the game focuses on exploration and seems to have unlimitless planets for players to explore and harvest. The concept sounds interesting, so we’ll now have to wait and see whether Hello Games will be able to hook us up with this new title. Enjoy! Brutal Doom Looks Ludicrously Amazing – New Video Showcases Blood Decals On Sprites

Modder ‘Sergeant_Mark_IV’ released a new video, showcasing a new feature of Brutal Doom that will be implemented in its next version. As a result of Sergeant_Mark_IV’s work, all decorative actors and objects – in other words, all 2D sprites – will be covered by blood when players explode an enemy to pieces. Brutal Doom looks ubber sexy, and gives a new meaning to the word ‘brutal’. There is no ETA yet about Brutal Doom v19b but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. Enjoy! CD Projekt RED has revealed the in-game trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. There is no denying that The Witcher 3 looks fabulous. Unfortunately though, this is a really short trailer and does not really show anything new. Still, it will give a glimpse at the game’s visuals and its story.
