Although that project looked promising, Foulquier has basically stopped working on it due to fear or a copyright claim. YouTube’s ‘GAMESMARK’ has shared a video, showcasing Bloodborne running on PC via the latest version of shadPS4. Version 0.4.1 seems to have fixed the audio issues that the game had. And, as you will see, the game looks almost as good as the PS4 version.
