Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 has just been released, however it appears that the game does not feature any multiplayer mode at all. According to CI Games, the multiplayer mode will be made available in the third quarter of 2017.
As CI Games stated:
“Throughout our development of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, we have had two focus: The first is to provide the best possible single-player experience in our most ambitious game in the Sniper Ghost Warrior series to date. This has always been our goal and we are extremely proud of all the work we have done, and that we share with you. The second emphasis from us is to provide regular content updates post launch, focusing on content that enhances the gaming experience.”
CI Games concluded that it had to delay the game’s multiplayer mode so that it would not dilute any potential from the single-player experience.
“Therefore, we have chosen to release the multiplayer update (that will be free for our players) after launch (the third quarter of 2017) for precisely the above reasons, that is not to dilute any potential from the single-player experience.”

Sure the game has some bugs but none of them are any major issues. Most reviews were done before the day one patch was introduced…

lol, game will be dead in a few weeks, also “Free” update. not having a multiplayer is not the problem here, releasing a broken crap with infinite bugs is (despite having a beta few months ago which means they can not fix anything), but hey at least they protected it well.
The game is good.
It has lots of bugs and optimization issues but its not a dumpster fire like homefront the revolution which admitedly after alot of patching was pretty decent.
I dont get the point of mp, the game already has a season pass with tons of dlc, why mp? Whose gonna play this online?
They seem to have their priorities wrong. They spend aot of time and money on planing feature dlc with a season pass and getting denuvo but not optimizing the game or bug testing it.
On top of that they did not have enough time to finish the mp, which is huge question as to why its in the game in the first place. Alot of people think making mp is easy, ITS NOT, netcode is hard, take a look at no mans sky for example, the game does not have some form of mp coop, people thought that they could just “add it” they cant, the game is not designed from the ground up with mp in mind. Or subnautica for a better example. Yet someone spended time and money for ghost warrior 3 to have a mp mode, which they did not even finish. I would prefer a lower price without ever getting the mp and wating a while longer for a optimized and bug free game.
The game uses Ubi’s “OpenWorld” formula, how can any game be good when it uses it ? bad performance and tons of glitches and bugs also makes it not good.
Go to this camp, Tag the enmies (awful AI, almost all the time), Kill em’all, Camp librated, X% of game completed, it’s the opposite of a Good game.
Far cry 4 was good, i mean fck you dont like fps you dont like ubisofts open word formula you didnt like mgs v, wtf you playing?

Have you played the last two games? There werent better as linear games, or the marine sharpshooter series? On the other hand sniper elite 3 and 4 got better with open word….which ironicly is waht you describe, not sure what you want,

Which part of FC4 was good ? it was the exact same game that came out 2 years before it which was called FC3. looks at all the open world games that came out in the past decade minus GTA/Witcher and Souls series, they are exactly the same in different locations and the actual performance going down hill, hell even some “RPGs” now joined them.
Yeah i don’t like FPS that much but i’m not saying they are bad, you made me buy the new wolf, couldn’t play it but still a good shooter which i don’t like, MGSV on the other hand was terrible, it was Just Cause, slower but with a good stealth and the same awful design.
It was good with the first few FC games, but since 4 the formula has gone completely downhill and is just a mindless spam by now.
MGSV was an unfinished joke. Ground Zeroes was hands down the only part of it that could have competed with MGS3, the series’ pinnacle, if only it wasn’t so f*cking short.
MGSV Phantom Pain on the other hand, was just “f*ck you, Kojima, f*ck you, customers, & F*CK YOU, METAL GEAR – signed, Konami.” in a $60 box.
I’m pretty sure CryEngine comes with a netcode setup already built-in, but other than that, (mostly) agreed.
i am glad they protected it once they add multiplayer they should make it always online game so all the pirates are screwed

Game seems quite buggy and unoptimized at release, though. People should wait at least a year before buying any game.
