As you already know, CryZENx has been working on a fan-made remake of a number of environments and characters from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in Unreal Engine 4. But how does this fan-made remake compares to the original game? Well, time to find out.
Below you can find some comparison screenshots between the original N64 version (left) and the fan-made Unreal Engine 4 version (right).
These images were captured from TetraBitGaming’s video – that we’ve embedded below – featuring even more comparison scenes between these two versions.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. Pointless comparison ever? Too much free time? Well, I don’t know. How about making an UE4 dedicated area to post this things?
Sentence subject ever?

Soon everyone will be stalking each other on this site.
The old screens are horizontally stretched. Probably 4:3 stretched to 16:9.
It’s kind of tortuous as the N dog isn’t really to keen on doing full out remasters. They’ll add some graphical tweaks when they re release a game on another platform but nothing like this. I personally would love to see a ZOoT remaster.
It’s cool they’ve got some character animations and what may or may not be an actual combat system though. Only problem is if they go a bit farter I’m guessing they will get the smack down by Nintendo. After all ZOoT is a going concern for Nintendo and I have no doubt they will be reselling the same game again for like the 6th time to switch owners.
You do realise it’s just a bunch of UE4 maps that you can walk around, and there are some scripts, and that’s it, right? It’s not even a game what that guy is doing. And even so, Nintendo will for certain come after him if he manages to make something playable. I mean… like a playable actual game. On the other side of the coin, Nintendo will always release Zeldas, Marios, and the same things over and over again for every new console they launch, so don’t worry about it.
Its looking Good, but I really hate that Generic/Stock Unreal 4 Light & Post Process, He should also focus on that part, and try to make it better in future versions.
Hey look! Its me!
