NVIDIA has released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to its description, the NVIDIA GeForce 355.98 WHQL driver offers the best possible gaming experience in Killing Floor 2, and comes with updated features and functionality for the GameWorks VR software development kit.

indeed. The later ones on Windows 10 have been breaking my games. With the last one I can’t even play MGSV anymore without it crashing every 15 minutes. It just says “nvidia drivers have stopped working but has recovered” and then I have to restart the game only for it to do the same thing again 15 minutes later.
OC and latest drivers from Nvidia don’t along so good thats why the “nvidia drivers have stopped working but has recovered” or DRD error on GTA V !
they even add that debug mod where your clocks goes to default to make it stable but most of us OC their cards so they still need to do something. As for 355.73 on windows 8.1 work great solid performance as long you don’t OC like crazy.
Is that fn all ??!! The SLI with high res on Win 10 is a complete disaster and nothing is progressing one bit…
What game? Im on sli and was thinking on jumping to win 10.
I have too many problems to list them, I discover new bugs every day.
They are well documented on the geforce forums, I am playing under niche conditions that would not help you to know.
Batman AK is still a joke in sli, Still waiting for a patch.
Far cry 4, Constant freezes or driver has stopped responding.
Sniper Elite III soft freezes again like Far Cry 4.
Not sure if it’s the driver or the games themselves though.
Have clocked over 43 hours on Mad Max without a single crash/freeze or anything and that is playing maxed out at 4k resolution. Same with a few other games, No problems at all.
It could just be the games though so don’t quote me on crappy Nvidia drivers for win 10.

Win 10 isn’t that bad with sli so it’s up to you if you want to make the jump, last driver fixed constant driver crashes in win 10 for me so I’ll just stick with last driver for now.

Seems pretty stable now on Win 10, All the teething problems seem to have passed on my rig, Only issue is using MS latest web browser, Edge sometimes hangs, It still needs some work done to it before it becomes a prime time browser in my opinion, I do like it though pretty snappy loading pages.
Thanx for the info. Saving right now for my z170 build. Since win 10 free upgrade is looked to hardware, im gonna wait till I get the new mobo.
