  1. I downloaded the previous demo, but there was virtually nothing to do in it (one spaceship and fighting against dull bots). So here’s my question: do we get more things this time?

    1. The game has just the Dog fighting module and hanger module at this time, you can play online against people if you want. The game is still in heavy development.

  2. I dont see any download progression Bar or anything…..like how much gb’s i am downloading or approx time…no resume or anything at all.

    1. waited about an hour…i didnt see any change in the launcher. Same blank launcher like lower picture.

          1. I know the solution. Lower the quality of audio in Windows settings (in my case – to 96000). It helps 🙂

  3. Also, a sign on that site says: “Once activated the pass is valid until August 14th!” What does it mean if we can try this out till August 19th?

  4. This is good news! It’s going to give a chance to people who could not blindly throw money away to a product before actually trying it :). Have fun people! Hope to see you soon in the full game 😀

  5. I downloaded it yesterday…What to say without some fanboys coming at me with torchs and such…I better keep my mouth shout for once.

    Just try the flight mechanics/controls…

Graphically speaking the game looks good but in the hangar, in space it also does look good but asteroids and some other details not so much in my opinion. It does need a lot of work.

    1. I’m a new backer with two small ships and I agree about the game flight dynamics. Hopefully, CIG will be addressing this issue.

The small ship thrusters appear to be way way way overpowered and this causes the small ships (20,000kg 325) to appear to have no mass. the spacedogfights also look silly because the overpowered thrusters make the small ships appear arcadey, hyper, and twitchy. I don’t want full newtonian physics, but something more realistic than what is available now.

      : )

  6. Just became a backer and brought a RSI Aurora LN and upgraded my Mustang Gamma for a 300i. I like how you can land on the landing pads in space now and actually get out your ship, you can also fly around in your space suit, get a gun out and fire it now, haha, it’s pretty awesome. Animations are looking really good so far as well.
