Grand Theft Auto V feature 3

GTA V – Multiplayer Mod with Dedicated Servers & User-made Game Modes – Experimental Version Out

The team behind FiveM – a multiplayer modification for Grand Theft Auto V which offers an advanced multiplayer environment for people to play on dedicated servers with user-made game modes – has released its first experimental version.

As its description reads, FiveM builds on the solid multiplayer framework set by the Rockstar Studios themselves as part of the RAGE engine, which has gone through rigorous testing since its first release in 2008, adding high-level customizability features.

Do note that this build is an experimental version and does not reflect the quality of the final build.

The team aims to include a server browser in future builds, via which players can select servers with custom rules and/or user-made game modes.

Those interested can download the mod from here.

Enjoy!

      1. It won’t. You have to go into GTA Online then press buttons. With a cracked copy, you can’t get into Online in the first place.

    1. Probably not. The cracked versions shouldn’t allow you to make a Social Club character, which would probably be a prerequisite for any online play.

      1. Why would they need a social club account on a cracked server?

Pretty sure every char will have the stats the server chooses, only diff will be appearance, can change that like in all the other multiplayer GTA mods.

        1. Social Club dictates your player particulars, like what you look like and how much money you’ve made and what weapons you own.

I presume that this little multiplayer ‘hack’ somehow intercepts or hijacks the information that is passed between the computer and SocialClub.exe (or whatever the program is named), and instead redirects that signal to a host player that has created a dedicated server using FiveM’s server (or maybe it’s not centralized – there’s no much info on who exactly FiveM is affiliated with).

If you don’t sign up for a Social Club account (pirates do not), then there’s no way to participate in a multiplayer session. You can’t run GTAV without Social Club sign-in – ergo, you can’t multiplay with other players.

          1. Have you even played the private server mod thats in making?
            It makes
No connections to social club, does not use your char or have any link
to rockstar servers. It is entirely private. You CAN NOT play your GTA
Online char on the private server. The character you are given on the
private server always resets back to default every time you connect
            using the custom software.

This will basically be like what MultiTheftAuto was for vice city back in the day.
            You
choose your char from a select screen, that chars stats are setup on
the server itself, you have no say in the matter. Just can choose the
            body model.

Again, it has NOTHING to do with and no connections to social club or gta online.
It is a 100% separate software entity.

          2. You don’t understand – some part of Social Club dictates your multiplayer profile and manages connections, and without that there should be no way to use this mod.

          3. LOL!
Sorry, but you have no idea what you are talking about.

If you are so paranoid about social club, get a cracked copy of the game with it removed…

This does NOT connect to social club or use their servers in any way. Jeez…

          4. actually u can play this mod even on cracked game, but you are right u need social account to log(social account doesnt need to have any license any new account works)

    2. just tried with a new social club account whichdont have gta v license on it, and it let me join perfectly fine. not sure if it cos its already activated.

  1. Yay. Now people will be able to play online with a fov mod without being at risk of being banned. Screw rockstar.

    1. After making $8 billion on their game and still making PC players wait 18 months, they can shove their game deep up their a** for all I care. I’m so done with Rockstar.

      1. Typical pc jew.
You’ve got the game and still mad. But anyway you download it already, yeah?

        1. There is a lot to be mad about though. Rockstar has so much money and they can’t even fix GTA Online? It absolutely blows my mind how backwards things can be.

    1. Then put back up on a different site. Rockstar can’t stop it just like Microsoft can’t stop the Halo Online moding.

  2. I am not completely sure how GTA5 servers work. Is it dedicated or P2P? The reason I ask is because of the hacker problems.

      1. Yes peer-to-peer. If im not mistaken, dedicated servers tend to have less issues with hackers.

        1. Really? Dang.

Maybe you’re right – in PC terms that’s probably correct – perhaps I’m thinking in terms of mobile?

  3. i fixed a bit the game after the latest patch that simply destroyed the game withs wierd stutter !
as for dedicated servers that will be great because i have great internet speed and low ping on dedicated servers from my country 🙂

    1. Rockstar SUCKS at creating a cohesive online experience, apparently. Lots of people are having trouble connecting to people in their country. I’ve heard lots of complaints about being stuck in rooms where the players don’t even speak the same language.

It doesn’t get more FAIL than that.

      1. well yea they do mistakes but GTA V its so so fun and great to play for hours and hours !!
Soon if they continue with good support and good patches + lettings mods offline i think i am going to beat my record of hours on Steam!

      2. Have had no issues at all with this game, yes, some bugs here and there. Best PC game ever, and I hate R* too! because of RDR. They better make the next one on PC too bastards.

  4. Guys i need link for download because 404 File Not Found, can u upload on mediafire or megauplad ? ty

  5. I’m playing it on my pc, everything works fine, but I miss some mods like GTA SA have.
So if you can do what you said, I’m gladly to support and I have my suggestions as well.
