Vostok Games has informed us about the launch of Survarium’s European Open Beta phase. Survarium currently supports two PVP modes (Team Deathmatch and Battery Retrieval) and in order to celebrate the launch of the game’s European Open Beta, Vostok Games released a new trailer showcasing the features available in the current version of Survarium.
Vostok Games made it crystal clear that it is still working on other features that will be coming to Survarium in the next couple of months (including a FreePlay mode).
As Vostok Games noted:
“The game is available in Russian, Ukrainian, English, German and Polish. In the near future we plan to localize the game into other European languages. We’d also like to note that the transition of the game to the stage of Open-Beta in Europe does not mean the end of project development; on the contrary, we plan to further develop Survarium and introduce lots of new features, including the long-awaited FreePlay (PvE) mode.”

It looks horrible and it is horrible, i’ve played plenty of the Beta and Alpha of the Russian version and it’s utter s**t.
Anyone who’s a big S.T.A.L.K.E.R fan shouldn’t get excited by this at all, i’d say you should stay away from it. Movement feels like crap, gunplay is crap, everything feels just sub par, can’t believe this game has people from the original series, it feels like a cheap clone someone from the west attempted to make.
Also the fact that in early testing they focus solely on PVP sh*t on tiny maps should tell you a whole lot.
That’s your own opinion, don’t spread it as a general opinion because I’ve seen many STALKER fans who do like this game. Just let the people try the game for themselves and if they don’t like it, it’ll be their own decision.

This game is nothing but a hackfest, it’s why our clan stopped playing it!
That’s why I’ve been playing this for a year and haven’t seen a single hacker, right? Game has a server side anticheat, meaning most hacks except the ESP one won’t work. Kids these days, everyone who’s better than you means he’s hacking, yeah right.
Tell you what. They do have a black list of banned players on the forum, for using third party software, but only 2% of total reports are genuine.
“Havent seen a single hacker” Funny, I heard that in WarZ many many times. Look how that turned out. Anyway, if you enjoy it, that’s all that matters 🙂

And yes you can make the game look really good with some mods, i’m not sure why you’re dismissing that as if it doesn’t count.
The more recent games look even better. This was just a comparison to the first game.
Don’t know how that looks better to you, there’s no volumetric shadows and even the grass in Survarium is of a way better quality.
I’m not saying STALKER isn’t a decently looking game, but come on man, Survarium does look better.
