  1. Waiting for the code Ubi.

That rumor it’s 30FPS locked on PC better not be true though.

    1. it is indeed locked to 30, but you can uncap it to 60 or w/e you want within the cfg file and game plays pretty smooth, just a bit buggy during cutscenes and freezes when in menus, but for the rest it’s fine enough.

      1. Being able to uncap it without the game running at double speed like NFS Rivals is good. The fact it’s there in the first place is ridiculous though.

        1. there’s an option in-game to change it whatever you like, but it’s disabled. Should be available on launch tho.

      1. are you sure ? if thats true i may buy it but it’s an mmo or online only title, i don’t think there will be any offline mode for it. single player yes but you must first connect to the servers

        1. As per Wikipedia, the game will have a 20-hour long single-player campaign. I think they might be stressing the fact that it’s a “multiplayer-first” game, like The Division etc. not “multiplayer-only”.

          1. i hope your right but the thing is SinglePlayer could be online. actually you can play many MMOs in singleplayer without any party member or forced coop etc… but you have to be online because the game’s contents are in the servers, you can play solo but you can’t play offline in most if not all of them.

they already said The Crew will have an offline singleplayer but it was in mid 2013, after that they said the game is always online and you need internet connection to be able to play it.

  2. god you guys are obsessed with 60fps, it seems there is at least one 60fps comment on almost any post

    1. Because for those of us able to push 60FPS or even 120/144FPS there is no going back.

FPS directly effects how responsive a game is. A lot of us refuse to play anything less than 60/90/120fps.

        1. 30fps and 60fps is fine for people who have 60hz monitors but for us with 120hz and 144hz monitors its a well noticeable difference.

          1. yeah, so it’s bad because of the refresh of your monitors not because 30fps in inherently bad. Whatever, i got into the beta last night and i really like the game, it’s fun fun fun, looks good, plays nice, i think i’m gonna buy it.
