The Ultimate HD Edition of Resident Evil 4 will hit Steam later this month, and Capcom decided to release yet another comparison between this and the standard edition. As we can clearly see below, Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition looks similar but better than its SD brother. There are noticeable differences on textures, and contrary to the first PC version, this one will support mouse+keyboard and will run with 60fps.
Capcom has also released a video via which you can witness the Ultimate HD Edition running at 1080p+60fps. For comparison purposes, the Japanese developer has also released a video from the SD edition.
Enjoy!

Oohhh capcom, after ~5 editions of street fighter now you go to RE?
No, mods do better job.
Here! Here! Bravo!
I still believe that the Gamecube editions of the RE series are by far the definitive editions. Now if there was an upscaled version based off them, I would send them my money wrapped in a bow! They should just come out with a RE HD collection with ALL games for $149.99 with cool collector’s stuff and call it a day!
emulators.
While they do look ever so slightly improved, Capcom should have done a better job and used high quality textures for everything. Maybe someone will mod this version with 2K or 4K textures
