Nixxes and Kojima Productions released yesterday Title Update 1.5 for Death Stranding 2 and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new patch brings to the table.
From what I can see, this is a small update. The devs have made some performance optimizations for Steam Deck, and they have implemented various improvements and bug fixes related to Steam Input.
Moreover, Patch 1.5 has performance improvements related to the user interface when using mouse and keyboard. It also fixes a crash that occurred when closing the launcher by clicking the X button. On top of that, the Basic Controls menu now displays how to access Photo Mode on controllers without a touchpad.
I have uninstalled the game, since I’ve finished it, and I don’t know whether it fixes the stuttering issues during the cut-scenes. I’ve heard that the Lyall Fix resolves those stutters. So, if you still have them, I suggest trying it. You can download it from here.
As always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its full patch notes.
